Your seeyounewbody photograph will act as a constant reminder of what
you have to gain or lose.
How much weight loss will be shown?
Each seeyournewbody photograph is uniquely tailored to reflect your
specific dieting goals.
Our in-house team of experts can help guide you on what is realistic.
Please note that your seeyournewbody photograph is only an
indication of how you wish to look after weight loss/muscle gain.
Personal Privacy?
We are committed to comply with the Data Protection Act 1998. We
guarantee that we will keep your personal details secure and only use
them for the purposes of processing your order. We will not distribute,
show or sell your details or photograph to any third party for marketing
or advertising purposes. We do not hold your Credit Card Details –
payments are processed via Worldpay - the Internets’ leading payment
gateway.
When will my seeyournewbody photograph be
delivered?
Once we have your original photograph and payment has cleared (cheques can
take up to ten working days to clear), you should expect to receive your seeyournewbody photograph within
five working days. To ensure you receive
your digital seeyournewbody photograph and future emails from
seeyournewbody.com, add customerservices@seeyournewbody.com to your
'safe senders' or contacts list.
Photographs
What size photograph should I send and where to?
Digital Image
If you are sending a photograph by email or uploading it to our site
please ensure that the photograph is at least 1 million megapixels and
is in JPEG format. Your original digital photographs are to be sent with
your order reference number (you will receive this when you confirm your
order) and requirements to
customerservices@seeyournewbody.com It is
very important to place your order number on your email so we know who
you are.
Paper Photograph
If you are sending a photograph by post you should send a
photograph at least 6”x4” in size to ensure we can send a good seeyournewbody photograph back to you. Your original posted photographs
should be sent with your order reference number on the reverse (you will receive this
when you confirm your order) and requirements to:

Scanning your Photograph to send in
Please ensure you set your scanner to the highest quality setting.
Photograph Guidelines
Please avoid sending a photograph that has you positioned in front of a
busy background or includes other people. Wearing a fitted outfit is
preferable e.g. a fitted T-Shirt. For best results try to position
yourself in front of a plain background.
What happens if I’m not happy with my
seeyournewbody photograph?
Our aim is to provide you with a seeyournewbody photograph which will
motivate you to achieve your dieting goals. We will work with you and
make alterations and amendments accordingly. If, after the review
process, you remain dissatisfied we will refund the cost of the
photograph in full minus administrative charge (max £10). The quality of
the final product will depend on the quality of the original image sent.
Overseas orders
We currently take orders from the UK, Europe and USA. Photographs can be
sent both digitally and by post for all countries. Please be aware if
you are outside the UK postal delivery may take longer. If timing is a matter
of urgency, a digital photograph purchase may be more suitable.
